Bullock Law PC Successfully Negotiates Two Policy-Limit Cases for Vehicle Accidents

BULLOCK LAW PC recently negotiated two-policy limit automobile accident cases resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients.

One of the cases involved a motorcycle accident in Virginia and attorney Steven Bullock was able to secure both the liability and the underinsured portion of the respective policies. Virginia law allows the injured person to access both policies (liability and underinsured without an offset).

A second Virginia case involved a minor who was a pedestrian and was struck by a driver who was not paying full time and attention at the time of collision.  However, the minor’s parents had  significant underinsured motorist coverage and again under Virginia, there is no offset, as a result Bullock Law PC was able to secure both the liability and the underinsured portion of the policies resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars for the client.
